As a Scrum Master, Ayman loves to build an environment where organizations, teams, and individuals thrive in a world that never stands still. He is not only guiding material change, but he is also involved in shaping mindset and behavior. He believes in cultivating a culture of being ready for change.
Over the years, Ayman has coached professionals to improve their performance. Additionally, he has held various roles as a Project Manager, where he became acquainted with the Agile and Scrum methodologies. As a professional, he has pursued certifications to equip himself with the tools to perform my work as efficiently as possible and to advise the organizations he works for. He holds the certifications APM Foundation, PSM1, PSPO1, and he is a Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant (SPC).
