Overview of the program:
Eelco Rustenburg (Highberg) will facilitate the topic: Optimizing organizational structure for agile hardware development - the various challenges of stable teams, short cycled approaches, specialization, competence management. 

Rune Christensen (Scaled Agile Inc.) will facilitate the topic: Hardware products portfolio management with agile - Hardware companies can benefit from implementing agile portfolio management techniques to prioritize and manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maximizing value delivery.

Ralph Hofman (Highberg) will facilitate the topic: Driving Agility with Architecture -The critical role architecture plays in enabling Agile development in hardware and tips for designing architectures that support Agile methodologies.

Maarit Laanti (SAI Guest, from WikiAgile) will facilitate the topic: Accelerating Product Development with Agile Practices in Hardware Design; the specific changes to accommodate agile for hardware design.
